At Title MTB, we are committed to providing riders with the highest quality components; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unused components in their original retail boxes and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure fast processing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
